A. - It might not be of interest to you but could be to just about every other consultant/contractor but have you heard of BJC? British Junior Chamber (despite its name) is an out of hours management training organisation for 18-40 year olds. Members get the chance to participate in training in all of the "soft" skills such as Time Management, negotiating, team building, motivation, team management, chairmanship, public speaking, debating etc etc. They also provide train the trainer courses in a lot of these areas as well. They also recognise that enjoying yourself is an essential part of life and so make their courses as much fun as possible. If that doesn't do it then you sample some of their events. There are regular regional, national and international conferences and parties. When Birmingham hosgted the World Congress over 4000 people attended with a different nation(s) hosting a party every night.
