Our mission: To cultivate leadership quality and management know-how to young Buddhist leaders so that they can effectively lead Buddhist Organization to better serve the Buddhist Community and the Society Our course: Singapore Buddhist Youth Leadership Training Course (BYLTC) is a one-year course comprising the following modules:- * Core Dharma Knowledge * Understanding Buddhist Rites and Rituals * Self Management and self Development Skills * Leadership Development Skills * General Manager Skils Assessment : Each module will be assessed by a combination of assigments and end of module examinations.
