Q. I want to earn either my High School or Ged ? So I can start going to School ? All the schools in my area want money to go I dont have the money there asking for I cant get and there hours dont fit my work schedule . So I am lookin for a software that could help me earn the same thing I could do in a classroom.
A. You can find some free online resources to help you study for the GED -- see http://distancelearn.about.com/cs/ged/ for links. Also check into state resources -- Mindquest (http://www.mindquest.org/) is an online program for adults and young adults who want to complete a regular high school diploma, issued by a public high school. It's free to Minnesota residents. I also recommend the book "Get Your IT Degree and Get Ahead", new last fall from McGraw Hill.
