What have you done in preparation for your Learners'permit test?
Q. I Was interested to hear some stories or advice on what some of you who recently have been licensed, or not so recently, have done in preparation for your Learners' permit.
A. I did mine in January, the 2 day instruction + testing course at stay upright hoppers crossing, victoria, 2 +30 degree day's =S I was a bit stressed about the practical test as the days practice before was the sum of my experiece on a bike, but it turned out to be the easy part. If you can take off slowly without stalling its a breeze, and make sure you indicate early even though youre taking a tiny corner at 10ks (I got a comment about this and almost failed). As for the questions, dont read anything into them thats not there, dont assume anything, just choose the best answer given the facts stated in the question. As our instructor said theyre just paragraphs from the book reworded into questions.
