Do you know any other program like similar to Sierra's "Driver's Education"?

Q. I do a lot of searches, but I didn't find any "real world driving" simulator similar to Sierra's "Driver's Education" program. Do you know any other program like this one?

A. I actually just ran a driving experiment on Mafia in its Free Drive Extreme mode. If you just want to drive around and feel like you're in a city, I highly recommend it.
